Maki Nagamine (マキナガミ) is a character in Danganronpa: Mercy's for the Weak. She is one of the 16 participants chosen for the Killing School Cruise. Her title is the Ultimate President.
About[]
When Maki was around 5 years old her father became very ill and her mother had to care for him full time so she was sent to live with her grandmother in England. She grew up watching news shows talking about crooked politicians and how they were destroying the world. When she was twelve years old she vowed to solve this issue by becoming the Prime Minister of Japan. She was sent back to Tokyo when she was 14 to live with her mother and father and decided to join the Tokyo City Council. After one year in the council she became their council president. She was then admitted to her first Ultimate School. One year passed and Hope's Peak Academy admitted her through their doors into New 7th Class.
Appearance[]
Maki is tall for her age as noted when you compare her height to that of a majority of her classmates. Her hair is a pastel blue color and is styled in a neat braid that is usually swung over her left shoulder. Her uniform consists of a white dress shirt, a blue skirt and black thigh highs. Along with this she wears a blue dressage bow with a black rose.
Personality[]
Maki is a no-nonsense serious girl. She can sometimes come across cold and hostile but she doesn't intend to seem this way, it's usually just because she's trying to organize a way to adapt to the new situation she's faced with. When you get to know Maki she's an affectionate, kind person that many find pleasant to be around. Maki cannot tolerate bullying and will immediately flip her lid when she notices it.
